Reject help 'bad processing'

Hi, the email I received with this rejection doesn't add any info so can i ask here for clarification on what is wrong with it please? I'm not seeing this one

I am not a screener but maybe the EQUALIZED image attached can help you see the helos and dust on your photo!

There are editing halos along the treeline and around the tail of the aircraft. This caused the 'over-processing' rejection.
