  • A Couple Questions...

1.) Is it possible to make an airplane's prop stop spinning during flight? I tried it on the default Cessna 182S by pulling the mixture back to idle cut-off, but the engine continues to spin.
2.) Is it possible to download aircraft carriers and then land on them in FS2004?
3.) How do I get tugs to push my aircraft back?

    Thanks for the help!

    1) No, this is caused by the airflow
    2) probably
    3) press Shift+P and 1 or 2 to turn

On 2) You can download a lot of aircraft carriers, expecially from simviation.com . Whether you can land on them, just give it a try.

          1) yes you can, planes that have prop controls (blue handels). Only planes with prop controls is when this will work.

Otherwise you just have to bring the nose up, stall the plane, then, because of the lack of airflow, it should stop

              2) Props that can be fethered can stop spinning.
