Virgin Atlantic A340-311 Flight 5 from EGGl to KMIA

Since I had nothing better to do, I made a little flight from London Heathrow to Miami.

Ready for pushback. (from the wrong terminal, I know )



Taxiing to runway 27L, loads of construction going on in the background.


Awaiting my turn to use the runway.



Just after take-off.



Climbing to my cruise altitude (FL380)


The cruise part was pretty boring. Just air, clouds and sea.


Halfway my descent into Miami



On final approach.


After this shot was taken FS crashed, I restarted my flight and after a short while, I was back on approach for the second time.


A landing, not a very good landing, but still, a landing




Taxiing to and arrival at the gate, I guess they didn't realize an A340 has a big wingspan

I use an old gforce 4 128MB card, just "tweaked" it a little
It’s Flight one Ultimate traffic, I need to work on the settings a bit because MIA was quite empty

Very nice screenshots. Where'd you get that LHR scenery? With all the construction, it looks like it has just been released last week.

Just one question: How do you save your pics ? Maybe you can teach some of the jp simmers how to do the savings and stuff. First time in 3 weeks I have seen, so clean series of a flight (Btw Im so anti-jaggies)
