Avsim v Flightsim

Which is the better website? Avsim.com or Flightsim.com?

I've noticed that most of the files on Flightsim can also be located on Avsim and the two sites are quite similar in appearance which suggests they may be of similar origin.

Plus flightsim makes you pay for some benefits, which is a total waste of money IMO. I don't think avsim makes you pay for anything.
