Chiang Mai (CNX) to Bangkok (DMK) - Thai Airways A300

Here are some shots from a quick trip from Chiang Mai to the old Bangkok Airport, Don Muang, utilising a Thai Airways A300.

The flight is inspired by a flight I made on Tuesday evening with Thai Airways from Phuket to Bangkok on a.. you guessed it.. Airbus A300-600R.

Ah.. A classic aircraft, It really brings back memories. I have flown on these AB6's flying from MNL to BKK. Even though I was only 7-8years old, I still remember those happy days. Thanks for sharing these excellent screenshots. They're delightful to view.

It's really nice to see these AB6's still flying for Thai, I think they are the only one that still operate a large number of them, can you believe it...16 commercial A306's which is around 20 years old now.

I flew on TG A300 (HS-TAF) to HKT from DMK on 9th August. Great old GE engines sound.
