1. Download an aircraft...Preferably a something you have FSX Panel and Sound for, eg. 737.
2. Put it in SimObjects/Airplanes
3. Put a preview picture in the texture folder of each texture. I usually get the preview pics of Jetphotos.net. They must be 256x128 in JPEG format.
4. Put the Sound and Panel folders in the aircraft folder.
5. Load up FSX ad fly! They are good frame rate savers.

Your best bet is to just try it out. Some will work, others wont. If they don't,there may be a way to modify it. Try posting on a developer's forum if you are interested in doing so.
