  • AZA 763 CYYZ-LIMC <> AZA MD88 LIMC-LICJ

    Sup,
For those who know me, the thread is like all the othes. For those who are new, my screenshot posts tend to be 56k killers with tones of shots. I just enjoy flying in FS and taking shots and editing them.
    Anyway enjoy those two flights.

    Part I:

    Airline: Alitalia
    Aircraft: Boeing 767-300ER
    Registration: EI-CRD
    Flight No: AZA836
    Origin: Toronto Pearson (CYYZ), Canada
    Destination: Milan Malpensa (LIMC), Italy
    Cruising Speed: 260kias
    Cruising altitude: 38000ft

At the gate, next to a couple of CanJets

Preparing for a night flight to Europe

Taxiing to the active. Runways in use for today are 33R/33L

On the runway, ready to roll

Looking through the window, as we are about to take off

    Take off

    Positive rate, gear up

    Leaving Toronto for some time

    Overcast over south-eastern Quebec

    Somewhere around Gander

Relaxing at FL380, while the FMC takes full control of the aircraft. 2544 miles to go.

    Sun slowly begins to rise

    Over the La Manche chanel

FMC performes a sharp turn, preparing us for LIMC arrival

    Descending over Alps

    Visual approaching Milan

    She's now in sight

    Flaring

    A pretty smooth touchdown

    Off the runway

    At the gate, shutting down

    Part II:

    Origin: Milan Malpensa (LIMC), Italy
Destination: Palermo Punta Raisi (LICJ), Italy

Tango-Hotel is flying the route today

    Boarding at the Alitalia terminal

Sudden visibility drop as we hold short

    Slow rotation

    I love this shot

180 degree turn to the left, heading towards Sicilia

    Finally out of the clouds

Checking the instruments, about 300 miles to go

    Over the sea

Turning right, preparing to catch a localizer and then switch to visual

    Slowly approaching LICJ

A bit high on the gs

    Flaring over the runway

A hard touchdown...Im not used to flying maddogs

IMpressively well done my man! Love the shots, and the MD80 is always my favorite to fly in flight sim when I had it.

Thanks for a comment Alex !

If anyone is ever intereseted in seeing more from me, I am regularly posting shots at flightsimworld.com/forums under 'El_Coyote'. Anyway enjoy your stay. Time to stick to FS, auto and music forums. At least they didn't turn as gay as this place (in exact meaning of the word 'gay', wait till you find out yourself...).
