You may have already seen this, but I found this flight simluator on the net. It's pretty cool for an online simulator, as it's all done in java.
Controls are pretty simple. To throttle up, press the + button on in the number key pad, to throttle down, press -. The left and right arrow keys bank the plane left and right, the down arrow key pitches the nose up (like pulling back on the yoke) and the up arrow key pitches it down.
