It is illegal to take those, so I won't. Therefore, I really have no business posting in this thread. :P

On US Airways the cards have been taken in some seats and there is nothing telling you not to. On AirTran the cards explicitly say "Do not remove" so i didn't.

My father gave me Saudia A300 Safety card in 1995 after a flight from Africa.

But ths First safety card I stole my self was Egypt Air A340 on a flight from LHR to Cairo in 17/10/1998.

I always feel shmae to take Safety Cards

My first safety was a USAir 732 safety that my teacher back in elementary school graciously got for me way back in'85 knowing how much I love flying. Unfortunately, I lost it LONG ago, but the legacy lives on at a minimum.

First one I acquired before making a collection was a Legend Airlines DC-9 card. My sister swiped a row from an Air Canada '67 and handed some off to me.

The Air Canada ones do not have any writing on them about leaving them on the aircraft. And Legend went bankrupt, so I'm not too upset. As for the other undred in the collection

I don't feel bad, I know somebody who swiped an entire aircraft technical log [blank of course] when he worked at maintenance.

                    My Collection

My first 2 safety cards were American Airlines B757-223 safety cards (EB-250, Rev. unknown). One is long gone, the other is slightly bent. After that, I have been collecting like crazy. Here is my collection of safety cards from over the years: (NOTE: the numbers in ()s are how many of that particular card I have)

                    (4) American Airlines Fokker F-100 ( EBF100-B Rev. 11/2001)
                    (2) American Airlines Super 80 (EBF100-B Rev. 11/2001)
                    (1) American Airlines Super 80 (EB400 Rev. 10/199
                    (1) American Airlines B737-800/823 ( EBF100-B Rev. 2/2003)
                    (1) American Airlines B757-223 (EB-250, Rev. Unknown)
                    (3) American Airlines B757-223 ( EBF100-B Rev. 2/2003)
                    (1) American Airlines B767-200 ( EBF100-B Rev. 4/2002)
                    (1) Atlantic Coast Airlines CRJ CL-65 ((C) Aero Safety Graphics Inc. Rev. 6/97)
                    (1) Delta Express B737-200 (0412-81416 Rev. 10-97)
                    (2) Mesaba Airlines SF-340 ((C) Aero Safety Graphics Inc. Rev. 4-98 )
                    (1) Mesaba Airlines RJ-85 ((C) Aero Safety Graphics Inc. Rev. 4-97)
                    (1) Northwest Airlines Airbus A-320 (Rev. 5-01)
                    (1) Trans World (TWA) B757-200 (PN 4953 Rev. 6-98 )
                    (1) Trans World (TWA) B767-300 Laminated (PN 4958 Rev 6-98 )
                    (1) US Airways Fokker F-100 (C/C 190-0345 Rev. 6-97)

                    Grand Total: 22 Safety Cards

One flight, the seatback (in this case, bulkhead-back) pockets had 5 safety cards stuffed in each of them, so I took one.

My first safety card was from Royal Air Maroc (RAM) B737-400.
                          Further I have:
                          2 KLM B747-400
                          1 KLM B747 pallet

                          1 Transavia Airlines B737-800

These cards were my first and my last ones. Now, I don't collect them any more.
