Eduard 1/48 P51 Mustang detail

One decision made after finishing the P51. From now on undercarriages and tail wheels and various antennae and probes will be the very last part of assembly. Even decal application will come before them. One main wheel snapped off once and the tail wheel two or three times. They became so difficult to reattach that I had to drill into the wheel and gear leg and use part of a sewing pin to attach them.

If all Eduard kits go together like this one then I will be getting an addiction. Next one on the table will be their BF109. Following on from that is a BF108 and a FW190.

Just starting the Eduard 1/48 ProfiPACK P51 Mustang. Superb internal detail and comes with photo etch pre painted detailing. Very impressed.
Will add more pics as work progresses.
