How entering a new plane with existing registery

Hello,
I tried to upload a Picture for T7-MSM before was a Tecnam aircraft, but now is a Diamond aircraft

How can i Upload the picture with this Immatriculation, and how can i Know the exact Type of Diamond aircraft ( i think is a D-62, but I have 3 choice and i dont know the correct ) and also the Serial Number
