Bad Info?

Please explain which data is not correct in this reject:

Ps: I have tried to add AC20S as new aircraft type to the database and it was rejected.

The email is also wrong because it never shows the requested Model.

The bad info was because of a space in front of the cn. This corrupts the dbase. Screener left you a mssg.

The message did not explain that it contained a space, so it was unusable information in this case. The picture does not show either the cn if I open it after the reject. My browser does not show the wrong serial number (with space) in the field's history at all.
