Looks like when searching Small Prop Category and that type if aircraft, it populates in the search. When searching the specific aircraft registration, it only shows 1 aircraft photo as Small Prop category. Safe bet would be when uploading would to explain the 'Comments to Screener' section that you selected Small Prop category because when you search small props and that registration, you saw that 1 photo was uploaded/accepted as small prop category.

Also do not forget to change the genre to Military when uploading
