Info for Sikorsky S-76D donated to a museum

Hi all, I am trying to find any info for an S-76D airframe donated by Sikorsky to the American Helicopter Museum in Brandywine. There are no registration on or inside the aircraft. I've linked below an article about the donation. If I cannot find any information, should I leave the registration, serial number and airline field blank? any help would be greatly appreciated!

Airline can be Private. Indeed no info found which one it is. So you can leave those fields empty
