Business jet or not?

Hey everyone!

I've been recently got the opportunity to catch Azerbaijan's governmental Airbus A340-600, registered 4K-AI08. I'm unsure about its categories because according to Planespotters' database, it's not an ACJ, however, they use it as a business jet. Do I have to tick the business jet category?

The same question applies to Kyrgyzstan's gov Tu-154 (EX-00001). Business jet or not?

Both are borderline cases. They can be selected as biz jets but don't worry, screeners will always correct it if it's the only issue in the image
