Issues Concerning Bad Info (date)

Hi everyone, I just got a photo rejected for bad info:date.

I submitted the date as 10th of January, 2023 (which in fact was the date of the photo), but every time I edit photos in Photoshop, the exif is annoyingly changed to the date of editing. So I've had to choose not to use exif and manually enter the date(1.10 in this case). But now I've gotten a bad info rejection, which really hurts since it's been in the queue for two and a half weeks. How do I solve this, and how should I appeal this photo?

That's strange, because I'm pretty sure this photo was taken with a string of others(which did get accepted) on the same date......

I’ve found the flight, MU5666 from Xiamen Gaoqi to Shanghai Hongqiao, flown with B-5142, which landed around 15:36 (Beijing Time) on 10th of January, coinciding with when the photo was taken.

As such, I don't see any problems with the date, so I'd really appreciate some help.
