Serial Number Issues

Hi all, has anyone else had issues with serial numbers when uploading? Serial isn’t saving when uploading, have tried both auto fill and manually entering it. Getting bad info rejections as a result.

Thanks for your question. I can confirm that we are suffering some issues with serial numbers going missing on upload and are trying to get to the bottom of the issue to fix it. We have asked screeners in the mean time not to reject for bad info if the serial is missing as it is a bug from our end (if you legitimately entered it). This is not an excuse to not fill the serial number in but we want to give you a chance that if your receive such a rejection that you can appeal the rejection, putting notes in as to why you are appealing.

However, please note, that we may not be able to accept your appeal for other quality reasons if they were missed in the initial screening as is the case with all appeals.

One of the things that cause the CN from going blank seems to be clicking on the reg field and clicking elsewhere or tabing out of the reg field, so just be mindful of that.
