Bad info rejection for missing C/N when C/N is there

Hello screeners
I recently received a bad Info rejection which I appealed and through that rejected appeal learnt that the C/N information is missing from the upload, however on my side the C/N is clearly displayed on the rejected photo. Screenshot and link attached for further investigation. I doubt this mistake would've been missed twice, so perhaps it is an issue with the site? Regardless, the C/N is present in the upload and I am confused about the rejection reasons.

I've got a rejection once due to a blank space ahead of the C/N. On another website the C/N is listed as 0039-6.
Maybe you should try the long one.
Or post the link where you've got the C/N from into the appeal.

I added it. But as Bernt said. There was indeed a space in front of the c/n. So that's why it was rejected. This will corrupt the database so pls take care next time.

Why can't the screener just remove the offending space instead of rejecting the upload? Would save time and confusions!

Because any manual input can corrupt the database, as I said.
