Invalid Hot photo problem

Can you tell me the specific reason why this photo is "Invalid Hot"?

If it is because the very popular and common registration number "09" has been occupied by other unrelated aircraft, then I would like to ask if this aircraft still belongs to the "Hot photo" range of Jetphotos?

Did you left a comment for the screeners to explain why this would be hot? As you say, "09" is common, so it will not be easy to identify that this aircraft is new with the number.
I can not access the queued photo, so my comment is a best guess (given link goes to the title page).
