Doug Keller is the guy that owns the aircraft. This appears to be a kit aircraft, but I don't know the specific type.

I have 2 Army Blackhawks I'm trying to look up but am having no luck. I've tried Scramble and the Aircraft serial site

The first one is 0-24424 & 0-24130, both belong to the RI Army National Guard
