  • When I checked the database entries for N621US, I found a duplicate s/n.
19919 is allocated to N621US, a 747-135 of NW and to N77773, a B777-267 of Cathay, which is s/n 27266 with B-HNB. How can this happen?

            • and, if we are unable to get a CN, that means we can not upload photos?

              • Shimin,

                The Tu95 c/n is 34135.

...and if you can't find the c/n after a reasonable search i.e. JP phot's already in the database, Airliners.net, www.scramble.nl or Google then leave a message to the screeners and leave the c/n field blank.

Russian aircraft are especially notorious for being difficult to track down information on.

                • Anybody have any idea on the reg/cn for this? Or should I just leave it empty?

JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!

                    • Ryan,

                      reg 87-0325
                      c/n 5C-586

...but this assumes that No. 3 is always the same aircraft.

Thanks Brian, I think I will use that info as I don't remember them switching 3 out then...

                        • Amerer Air BAe146QT

                          Hi folks,

Wonder if anyone has info for reg/cn for this aircraft, shot taken Southend/EGMC, 16 Aug 08, have some info, aircraft is possibly ex G-JEAJ (msn E2099) of FlyBe a 200QT. Maybe aircraft is off the register waiting new allocation ..?

not a very good photo so dont think it would pass for inclusion in the JP data base so its just for my records.

                          thanks for any help,

                          regards,

                          Steve

                          • Here Steve,

Amerer Air acquires first new BAe 146QT
Austrian cargo airline Amerer Air will acquire the first newly-converted BAe 146QT. Amerer Air is based in Linz and currently operates a Fokker F27-500 freighter. It will receive former Flybe series 200QT, G-JEAJ (msn E2099), which was converted to QT standard by Aerostar in Bacău. After a successful first flight in this configuration on June 25, she was ferried to Southend for painting into Amerer Air colors. She is currently undergoing final maintenance checks, after which she will be ferried to Linz. Amerer Air will operate her on behalf of major integrator companies and on ad hoc freight charter work. Amerer Air was founded in 1995 by Captain Heinz Peter Amerer who is joint owner and Chief Executive Officer. Captain Amerer is also an airline pilot and engineer and has built up Amerer Air with his wife Susanne Amerer and their versatile team to achieve a high quality cargo business. [2008-07-08]
