    Hello,

can somebody help me with the identification of the aircraft in the picture below? Honestly I haven't seen this aircraft type before - could it be a Shark Aero?
I couldn't find much information except some older pictures with this registration, but obviously with a different aircraft.

Thanks for any hint and best,
    marfi80

Thank you. I noticed that the aircraft changed when you corrected the registration. I see that the volpar is a variant of the Beech E18S. Will this aircraft still show up in the search if someone were to search Beech E18S or would they have to specifically search for volpar Turboliner?

Recently had a photo uploaded with the registration in lowercase. Reason for that was upon submitting the photo I inputted N480TH instead of N408TH during the screening process and changed it in the 'Correct Info' section and inputted it as lowercase. Now when I went to search for the photo in the database, it is case sensitive. Can you please change the lowercase to uppercase? Thank you
    Fixed.

Indeed scramble is quite a reliable source. So we use it a lot as cross reference.

    Hi,
just got "Bad info" rejection when I uploaded this one without serial number: https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=7797139
Screener says serial number is "6005", which is also available in Scramble. Airliners.net indicate "96010112" and worldmilitair.com indicate "966005".
So, in JetPhotos Scramble is the main reference? And rejection will be done in case of uploading without s/n, when Scramble has recorded s/n?
    Best regards,
    Jukka

FAA database shows it as being an SR22T.

However, it wouldn’t have hurt the screener to amend the model instead of rejecting now would it ?

The FAA allow old aircraft that come from the days of the NC registration to display it on the aircraft in deference to their age. However, the aircraft remains on the FAA Register Database as being an N registration. Radio contacts etc always use the N (November) phonetic in their communications. For an image to be seen on FR24 it will need to be showing in the JP database with the N registration.
It’s a bit like having an old warbird in civil ownership but displaying the old military registration for the historical interest. The official databases show the civil registration.
At least, that’s how we did it when I was a crew member !

EDIT... I have just noticed Erwin’s post. It seems things have changed since I was crew. It will, of course mean that using anything other than N will not get used on FR24.
