Help needed on plane type

Hi, I have some trouble in finding out the exact builder for this aircraft shot.

Sorry, I can't get the picture in... need also help for this (I loaded up, but seems it didn't work). Is this a problem due to a new forum account? 

I took this picture at «Eifel Open House 2006» (Spangdahlem Airbase, Bitburg, Germany).

There was a handout which designed it as C-20H Gulfstream IV coming from Ramstein Airbase, 86th Airlift Wing. I didn't find anything about this plane on JetPhotos.net; maybe my search wasen't done the right way...!

Also it would be kind to let me know, if this picture would have a chance to be accepted at all...
