  • How do I find the C/N number?

    Hi there,
I have had the following shot rejected partly because I didn't have the C/N number on the file. How do I find this out? When I upload photos I rely on the db automatically doing it for me. Being as this is such an early aircraft it looks like the db does not have this on record.

    cheers

For future reference re: Australian registrations and c/n, you may find this link to the official Aussie database useful...

        http://www.casa.gov.au/casadata/regsearch/findairs.asp

...and as Alex says, for c/n data it's always worthwhile first searching the other pics in the JP database, then Airliners.net and then a Google search of the registration.

        This thread will also help....

          Thanks for help again Brian.

Just one further thing...for me to correct the information on the photo do I have to upload it again with the correct info or can it be re-submitted. I have had a look in the members section and couldnt see anything where I could resubmit it because the photo is not actually in the db.

          cheers

You need to re-upload with the correct data.

The re-submit option is there to upload a better processed version of a picture already in the database.
