    Hi,

Unfortunately I don't understand the reason for this rejection.

    What is my mistake ?

    Thank you in advance.

Thanks Brian, no problem, I'll re-upload it, instead of sending an appeal, although it seems to me that the appealing is required in this case, because only 13 photos on the database (in this moment) are with the category of "special paint scheme" vs all other photos without this specific category!

But again, this topic shows that you not have consistency with criteria ...

      Best regards,
      Erez.

      PS
Although at first I thought that I should not submit an appeal, on second thought I think it's requires an appeal, because it's not my fatal mistake.

And now... Right now it's come to my mailbox:

        ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your appeal for photo id 3930123 has been processed and has been rejected.

Just like that, without any word as reference to the facts.

And in all honesty, I really can not say I'm surprised, even after I brought to you a clear proof that it's not only my mistake.

I'm very sorry to say that, but I really don't think that it's fair to behave like that to a veteran contributor. It's really a lack of respect.

And even so, I write with all due respect to all of you, so I reupload it with the "special" category.

        Best regards,
        Erez.

This entire part of the forum is devoted to providing information on photo data, yet you only use it to complain after a rejection?

Why don't you use it as intended, to research the correct data prior to uploading, or ask a question if you cannot find it?

            Dear Anthony,

Please look at this forum, and you'll see a lot of questions that I asked in recent months before uploading to avoid mistakes!

In this case, as always, I checked in advance, and I think that if only 13 photos on the database are marked with the special category vs all other photos without this special category, so it's means that all else is right.

That's how my mind tells me, and I'm not a little boy.

Also, on this occasion, I invite you to check with your database editor, for how many of mistakes I sent "Correct Photo Info" form.
(Not for my mistakes, I mean to the other's mistakes, that I found on the database)
So blame me, as you did now, it's really not fair in this case.

            With all due respect,
            Yours,
            Erez.

It's always amazing to see, how you start a question, switch to a complaint and at the end the JPnet crew ends up as culprits for everything. Just do ad you are told to do, follow this sites rules and that's it!

                Gerardo,
I hate to say this, because I am a very polite person, and with a lot of patience, but I have no choice:
It's always amazing to see, every time, that you are demonstrating intolerance bluntly.
You are presents things in a very distorted way.
I have not accused anyone about anything, that's not true, or maybe you have a big problem with reading comprehension .
I'm Sorry Gerardo, but this is the truth.
Perhaps the situation is vice versa?
I proved to all of you, with links as above, that I'm not mistaken, But it's not nice to you to see it?

                All the best.

Let's get something quite clear right now.

Not everyone knows that the fuselage markings on your Jet2 shot are special scheme. Much the same as I didn't know that Thomson Airways now have a new colour scheme which I recently rejected as requiring special scheme. Luckily the next two screeners knew that it was a new scheme, not a special scheme and voted accordingly so justice was maintained.

What I'm trying to say is that no-one is perfect, not screeners, not uploaders.....no-one. Where work is done .... Mistakes will happen. It has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with consistency and I am getting fed up with that argument being used all the time.

If I think that an uploader is being unfairly treated then I will often back them up and vice-versa if I think the crew are being unfairly attacked but I have to say that I am seriously considering dropping the helpful mode of screening and just applying the rules to everyone exactly as required with no leeway being applied to anyone......and I'm not the only one with that view.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

The link you show has many, many shots before the markings were applied!

                      Dear Brian,

Unfortunately you wrote here a few things I do not understand exactly.
So, would seem that I going to blaming again the language barrier, but it's a fact.
Other than the language, I did not blame no one, never, anything, other than one team member that he demonstrating intolerance bluntly, so I responded accordingly for the first time, though you all see I'm polite and courteous throughout, and I write with lot of respect to any one, all the time !
However, despite this particular case I have the feeling that without any doubt you have big wrong because of harsh rejection, that really was not a necessity, I rest my case now.

                      Dear Anthony,

I really do not want to argue, but to be a fair, I counted many shots after the markings were applied, since February 2011, and the number is much larger than 13 !
                      Just to be a fair.

And now I rest my case on this issue, and I was left with bad feelings that

                      All the best,
                      Erez.
