I ask now for a spotter colleague who does not have yet a permission to ask in the forum.

1st. What is the problem about "Categories wrong or missing"?
Should he have to mark in the category of "Business jet"?
(In my personal opinion it's a "Business jet")
2nd. It is considered as a civilian airplane or as a military airplane?
(In my personal opinion it's a civilian airplane).
But I'm not sure, so please help to my colleague.
