The American FAA list the manufacturer of a homebuilt as being the name of the owner/builder followed by the type in the format *surname* *first name* * model name*
PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD THIS DATA AS THE AIRCRAFT TYPE.
You will need to search the type name for the correct manufacturer data and upload in the format *Model manufacturer* *Model type*
A recent example was N985L which was uploaded as being a "Larry French Lionheart"
Larry French was/is the owner builder and the aircraft type Lionheart is produced by Griffon Aerospace.
The correct upload format for the aircraft is therefore "Griffon Aerospace Lionheart"
