  • Bad Info rejections... help!

    Hello,

I uploaded this photo last night and it received the following rejections:
    35180_1527551526.jpg
    -Dark/Underexposed
    -Wrong/missing category
-Bad Info: Serial number or C/N

I went ahead and made changes to the exposure, as well as adding the photo to the 'Small Prop" category and including the serial number... both of which I forgot to add in the original upload. I go back only to find out it has been rejected again for:
    34262_1527614115.jpg
    -Bad Info
-PM: "Please delete all the blanks when entering data, also in the C/N field"

I am not sure how I can get the same rejection when I included the serial number in the second upload. I also have zero clue as to what "deleting all the blanks when entering data" even means.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Some of the data of this particular aircraft that isn't publicly available, such as L/N or MSN.

You must have copied and pasted the cn, as there was a blank space before it. This will cause the DB to be corrupted, so we will reject anything with a blank/empty space before the data.

If that is the case, then I will manually type it and note the change in my re-upload. Thanks for the reply.
