Rejected for bad info

It is an Israeli corporation which privately owns this helicopter, there is no way I can enter this as an operator.

Request addition of the owner/operator and use that for the airline. Select “General Aviation” in the addition request.

The owner/operator information is clearly marked on the rotor mast streamlining. It may need to be added to the database.

Got just now the E-mail and it says one word: "Airline".
But this is a private Helicopter - so what went wrong?

Hello to all,
Just got this picture # 7744005 of a helicopter rejected for bad info. The craft reg.s is 4X-BIT.
Entered its name : Robinson R44 Raven II, which is probably wrong - but other options not available.
Looking at the ROTOSPOT table this is what I find about this registration, so what is wrong?
