Please please tell me how this photo was accepted

Its bad motive, its very very soft/blurry, and not centered. More than half the pics that get accepted are blurry. These are all reason for photos being rejected all the time, but this one slips thru.

It's a photo of a spotting location, so the focus is not on the aircraft...there are literally thousands of such images already on the DB

Sorry to interrupt, you really should explore the database & know about SPOTTING LOCATION photos.
