  • Bad Info rejection help

    Hello,

My rejected photo of the French Air Force A400:

    https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=8177579

I just got a rejection for a hot photo (first registration) attempt with a rejection info of bad info - registration. However, I got no further detail from the screener as to what exactly is wrong with the registration I entered, and my attempt to reply to the rejection email directly (as stated in the email itself) resulted in a bounced email.

The registration I entered is F-RBAP and it matches exactly what is on the fuselage in the photo, and it is clear and large (I didn't get any photo quality rejection reason). The serial number I entered was 095. I got these values from planespotters.net as well as from the aircraft itself. It feels as though I'm missing something obvious considering the screener didn't leave any comments, but I'm not sure what that is.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

For the French AF we use the military serials. Not the F- regs. So this would be 0095, as seen https://www.jetphotos.com/registration/0095

Issue has been addressed. Reference for future uploaders facing the same issue:

Reply from the screener to the questions in my appeal is that F-RBAP is the civilian callsign, and that the military registration needs to be used when uploading. I went to https://www.scramble.nl/index.php?op...db&view=search and got the info for this particular aircraft, and 0095 is its registration (which already exists in JetPhotos so it is not a hot photo after all).
