Question about my recent rejection

Good morning my recent photo was rejected for digital manipulation and I’m wondering If my account is at stake. This is the second time this has happened so far.I didn’t clone anything it’s because the Dust spot/heal tool clipped part of the plane.I’m wondering if you can still get slots/your account removed if the dust spot tool is the cause of the digital manipulation.

I guess its the JAL 787? Dust spot removal should not get you any slot reduction of one properly. With this case there is clearly a part of the tail cloned in at the spot where the alleged dust was. Just a case a bad dust removal..
