  • Bad Info rejections

Recently I have had a number of rejections that included Bad Info as a rejection reason. Whilst with some it was obvious, others I am left scratching my head as no comments were left and for some reason I am no longer receiving emails for rejected photos.

Granted with the three below these weren't the only rejection reasons, but how can you fix something if you don't know what the Bad Info was?

When I uploaded the photos I made sure to select Special Schemes for all three as I always check and double check.

All three were taken from home on approach to Manchester airport, so the location is correct.

https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/10004898 was taken from almost the same spot, albeit with the opposite wind direction.

My other questions is why is there not a additional drop down box for the contrast rejection that clarifies whether its too much or too little as this is not always obvious, particularly when its marginal and its rare that a comment is left clarifying this, it really wouldn't take a lot to code this in.

I would appreciate the feedback on the bad info, however at this point it is quite likely I will stop uploading like many of my friends have as it just seems a completely pointless waste of my time and would also give the screeners less to do.

You uploaded these as military aircraft.

Thank you Dlowwa for taking the time to come back to me.

I presume that this field does not auto update when the auto-populate function is used then.

As I almost never photograph Military aircraft, but due to recent circumstances I had been going through a lot of old photos including Military stuff which would explain how I have missed this.

Unfortunately, whilst I can see that in the above instances I did miss something, I still have not changed my mind as there isn't much point me re-editing and re-uploading them as they will likely get rejected again for different reasons (assuming I could even fix the other issues that were listed).

This combined with the fact that only photos taken in good weather now seem to be accepted is taking a lot of the enjoyment out of my hobby and it shouldn't feel like that.
I feel that the only way to get the enjoyment back in my hobby is to stop uploading here.
