Unknown aircraft

Hello JetPhotos crew, i've spot a plane and would like it to upload to hot photos as its a new registration. however, i failed to find any info online(serial number, specific plane type, all i know is that its a b747-400sf) of the aircraft, nor the auto fill in function of JetPhotosworked . The plane simply doesn't exist in the internet. May I ask what could i do or can you give me those information please?
