New tower...hot or not?

So my question is actually in regards to a control tower the only shot of the control tower at KMHT is the old one which is no longer there. The new tower however has no photos on jetphotos as of yet. Would this be considered a hot photo?

On another note....is long exposer considered a hot photo? Say of an aircraft arriving or departing? Thanks again!

Hi, you will find the answer if you read the upload guidelines, none of the photos you mentioned is considered as a hot photo.
