Does this count as a hot photo?

Hey everyone, hope you are doing well.

I was wondering if there is a photo uploaded on jetphotos of a plane in a graveyard, with engines partially taken off among othersthings, and then I catch the same plane flying, does that count as a hot photo? The livery is the same. The aircraft: https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/10139813 (N482MC)

Basically, you need to ask yourself the question, "has the livery changed?" If the answer is no, then it's not a hot photo.
