    Hello everyone, I tell you that about 4-5 hours ago one of the photos that was in the screening process disappeared. Subsequent rejections and acceptances appear correctly, but this takes 4-5 hours and does not appear anywhere. Neither in acceptances, nor rejections, neither in the registration nor at the airport. Absolutely nothing. Registration is CC-BBA

        Hello, thanks for giving your details. Unfortunately this is a bit of a weird one. We can't find the photo you are referring to. Sometimes if you edit information whilst it is in screening it can cause problems with the database which results in errors. However we can confirm this does not affect your acceptance ratio.

          The strange thing is that after disappearing from the PHOTO QUEUE the slot was enabled as if they had accepted it but the photo did not appear anywhere. Tamboco was making no changes, he was just waiting. A shame. OK thanks!

            good morning again. I tell the admins that it happened to me again, not once, if not 2 more times. I lost a photo "Spotting Location" in SABE. and also a photo of the LV-KAH at the same airport. The spaces were given to me but they were not evaluated. I would like to know if it is possible to review the user activity log, to know if it is a JP error or if there is any possibility of hacking my account. USER ID: 217936 Thanks

              For my part, I changed the access password, I kept track of my photos and I could see that a photo of the "PHOTO QUEUE" was once again deleted.

              I understand that this does not affect the acceptance rate, but what about the time that one loses waiting for a photo that in the end "disappears"?

              I hope some of the admins can help me.

              This time another new photo was erased without even being seen:

              REG: LV-HKN
              The photo no longer appears.

                Hello, unfortunately since there is no record of the image having been screened, it seems that this is a bug in the system, which happens from time to time. As it does not affect your queue status, I suggest simply reuploading the image.

                  I do not agree with what does not affect the photo queue.
                  Photos are deleted randomly, it is clear that it affects it. In fact ... if this happened sometimes as you say,
                  I would see more complaints about the same thing, but it is not like that, I do not see that another has the problem.

                  It also seems strange to me that it continues to happen to me, not one, not two, not three ... if not several more times.

                    It has happened to others. It is a system bug that has unfortunately yet to be fixed. Your choice if you would like to accept that fact or not.
