This one got rejected for Poor Lighting and Bad Cropping, though probably should have been rejected for Crappy Weather.

Step 1 : Wait for a pretty day (sunny)

Step 2 : Take a photo of the tower with sunlight on it..

Step 3 : Dont crop it down to just the "head" of the tower

Step 4 : Try and get the picture with a aircraft in it

Step 5 : Give a good dose of post processing on the homecomputer

Step 6 : Upload

If Need be

Step 7 : Come back with the rejects and i'll give you another list of steps

Problem with step 1 is that I don't really get much time to go spotting/picture-taking.

But hey, I'll give your method a try and come back later- Maybe after all this damn snow.
