I have been getting rejected for mainly blurry photos, and contrast issues. But what I am here for mainly is just resizing my images without losing much quality at all if any. I currently use gimp to resize my images. I can attach an image but I am still learning the forum website.

IMHO blurry photos, contrast issues have nothing to do with resizing images. Sharpness might be, but blurry - I don't think so.

That is another issue, every article I read has the lanczos3 interpolation. The gimp version I have does not have that anymore.Comment
