Upload Limit Problem

I created this topic because I need help. It's been two weeks that I can not post photos on jetphotos because I have the following message: "You have reached your daily upload limit" I waited 2 weeks for my rejected photos to expire but when I got: "2 queue slots left" I still can't post pictures.
