I’ve had that issue while trying to view other photos and it shows me a list of other photos. Possibly a bug, not sure.

The operator (Bar Aviation) is on the aircraft. If that operator is not available you need to request it and wait to have that accepted before uploading this shot.

I will add Bar Aviation so you can re-upload. But this should be done by the upoader.
