The issue with the rain cover of the aircraft

From my experience,I got photo that rain cover on aircrafts accepted, and also I saw many examples of this in database as well.
But recently I got photo rejected because there has rain cover on the aircraft.
Is JP update the rule or there has some other reasons?

More screeners discretion. Then again, some covers are almost completly covering up the aircraft. So yeah, not really worth uploading.

Correctly rejected, we really have no reasons to have such half covered aircrafts in the database.
