Deleting photos doesn't work?

Just now, I uploaded a hot photo and it was accepted quickly, then I found that I wrote the wrong registration number, B-10HQ is wrong, the correct one should be B-12HQ.
So I deleted the photo and uploaded it again as B-12HQ.
But then I discovered that the B-10HQ photos I deleted seemed to still be in the database:

I tried to delete again, but it didn't seem to work, it's always.

The photo has disappeared, Seems like there is some lag in the system.
please close this thread.

you can only delete 1 pic per day. System works fine
