I am new the Jet Photos and have been trying to upload my first few photos, however I’m met with ‘File Validation failed’. From what I can see everything is fine but I can’t work out why it won’t go through. Any help Is appreciated.

I mean people can surely help you but you also have to do your part and actually read what you are being asked. The errors and requirements are literally being given to you in red.
If you have no photographic context and are just learning, that changes things, and I would advise you to look up types of photo formats, and explore "EXPORT SETTINGS" in your editing program.
As a very basic start (especially if you have lightroom, play around and select:
- JPG export
- 100% quality
- Post export sharpening (web focused)
- 1280px X 720px
- SRGB color
- Read up on "DPI" and select an appropriate amount.
