I've noticed that some screeners haven't uploaded photos since 2021. I wonder, but only to understand one of the causes of such long queues for many months, if these screeners are still in business.

All screeners have to screen 1500 pics per month, so nobody is inactive.
But yeah it's true that time and/or motivation outside screening takes its toll....
That being said the list needs to be uploaded as there's 2 guys there who haven't been in the crew for a while now, thanks !

Of course this is not meant to be a criticism. You know, many things change over time and it is the same for those who are part of the crew.

And question is how to improve the screening process?
Additional man power?
Provide auto pre-screening by software to help screeners to give decision so fast ?
Or define slots to photographers according to their acceptance ratio?
Other ideas from forum members always welcome...
