Photo in Screening for 3+ hours

This time of day not many people are screening.

Nothing is wrong, at some points there may be less screeners or they may be prioritizing other things, whatever the case may be it is completely normal at times. It happens to me many times as I usually upload later at night; matter of fact I just uploaded a new registration and it did take a bit.
