Bad motive terminal night shot

Hi There,

1) Wrong Forum
2) The shot is way too dark and shows very little outside of the "lights", (i.e. 90% black pixels) hence bad motive.
3) Plus a little oversharpened

I don't think that there is any fix for that pic, I would suggest one for the personal collection and keep moving on!

The thing that right away pops at me is way too much darkness

Oversharpened, to dark above and below and to dark above yet the middle is insanely bright
