If you see the photo taken date (newest) for this specific Israeli F-16, it shows the photo of Walter Van Bel as taken newest but if you notice the dates each photo was accepted in database, mine is the first one.

Nothing to be sorry Mirko and I fully understand, but if that's the case there must have been a change in the JP policy lately, since until approximately a month ago all the U regs received the badge on request.

Unfortunately the existing policy was not applied, hence your effort to report the pics was sadly wasted. We're glad if this doesn't affect your enthusiasm

These would be exactly the case where the same reg is used for the same type / different serial. (And we're not making a difference between DA-42 and DA-42-VI) On the other hand, what works is eg. with OE-FKS. DA-42 and DA-62 are different types.

Maybe not. If I interpret the policy correctly, these should get a first reg badge, correct?

Two more questions. Coincidentally the first one applies to the above OE-VPU as well.
1. Would it be better/possible/more precise to upload the aircraft with the invisible permant reg instead of the temporary V or U reg (if it's being known)?
2. How many photos of a single aircraft at the same airport can you have in your account?
With the various U and V regs I always get the 'You have x photos of the same registration/airport combination in the database' warning.

@Bernt, agreed, awarded. Have not seen these particular regs requested before though. They follow the policy (y) all good.

1) No please no. The reg. is the reg. which the aircraft flies under at the moment of the photo.
2) The very same aircraft at the very same airport can be seen as many times as the "similar" rule isn't violated. Each photographer has to decide for themselves whether it's worth it.
A different discussion is had if you talk same reg, same location, same type, different serial. Which I believe is your case. Ususally a nice comment that this is a new serial does help. PS: It's not a "warning", it's a "note"

I was just wondering whether a system could be implemented to automatically add the badges for registrations reused? For instance, badge will be added automatically if the uploader selects "first photo of a new registration" as reason for hot. I have over 20 registration reused pics which deserve badges but probably would be too time consuming to add em manually.
