  • Rejected for serial number

    Hello,
A picture of piper N500LH was rejected for "Bad info." with a remark "lot of dead space in front of serial", wonder what it means.
I appealed, stated that I had taken the serial number of
    • Serial #: 28-7916240 from the FAA website as shown here:
    https://registry.faa.gov/AircraftInquiry/Search/NNumberResult

This serial number appears in any database website I found, like this website as well:
    AviationDB - Aviation Database - Aircraft N500LH

Did not get any answer about the appeal, still do not know how to correct if needs a correction.

    Please reply to this question.
    Sincerely,
    Ike Harel

It's usual when I copy the serial from the FAA website and paste it in serial field on JP it comes with a big space in front of the serial, I think that's what screener is referring to. Like "..............28-7916240". You need to erase this space.

Many thanks, Igabardo, re-uploaded, did what you suggested - and it was accepted.
          Wish you a nice weekend,
