    Hi,

    all depends on your budget.

    If you don't have much to spend, I'd highly recommend the 55-250 f4-5.6 STM version. crazy good quality for the price (Under 200$).

    if you have a bit more to spend, get the 70-200 recommended above.

    Used 70-200 F4 L. Can be found for $300-350 USD on ebay, MPB, etc.

    Shoot between f7.1 and f9, primarily, with as high a shutter speed as you can while getting the hang of things. Use high speed continuous shooting and AI servo as the focusing mode (if the T7 has the option, not sure if entry level dslrs do).
